RELOCATING TO LA

Northeast LA is a peaceful retreat that sits north of Downtown LA. It is a charming destination in and of itself, one which we particularly love. In Northeast LA you will find wonderful and artistic people, great restaurants and shops, and easy access to the great outdoors.

In our efforts to guide you in making that move, our first step would be a virtual coffee to connect and get to know your needs, wants, and dreams in a home and neighborhood. We love to explain the process and empower people to understand what's going to happen: the financial aspect, the hunt for the house, the offer and escrow process, and how to ultimately get the keys to your new home. All of this is especially important when you aren't in town to do everything yourself. We've got your back. 

We would be on the ground looking at homes for you, creating videos, Facetiming, you name it – whatever helps you get a really good sense of a home. Once we find something you love, we will put in an offer for you, help coordinate inspections and be there at all times to represent you. At some point, you may want to come see the home before purchasing – but if not, which has been known to happen quite often recently, we will ensure the process is just as smooth virtually.
